Delivery estimates
Once received, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
We ship from the UK, and the delivery time is 3-7 business days.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Monportlaser does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages
Whether or not you have purchased shipping insurance and your item is damaged during transit, please contact our after-sales support team support@monportlaser.uk.for assistance with filing a claim.
If the arrived outer package is damaged, please refuse to sign for it and take a photo, then contact Monport via support@monportlaser.uk.

- Curbside delivery is included and applies to first-floor, easy-access locations only.
- Stairs, long carries, remote or rural ZIP codes, or inside/upstairs delivery may incur additional fees.
