Machine Support & Troubleshooting

What lens sizes are compatible with the machine?

All fiber laser machines support field lenses up to 200×200 mm, including common sizes such as 110×110 mm, 150×150 mm, and 200×200 mm.

300×300 mm field lenses are supported on split fiber laser machines. Other series may require rotating the vertical arm to use a 300×300 mm lens and may not provide full compatibility depending on the machine structure.

Please note that all lenses are sold separately and are not included free of charge. Larger lenses increase the marking area while slightly reducing engraving precision.

The lens should be cleaned regularly and only replaced if damaged or if engraving quality decreases noticeably.

What are the laser spot size and wavelength for Fiber and CO₂ machines?

Fiber laser: 1064 nm wavelength, spot size approx. 0.01–0.05 mm. Designed for high-precision metal marking with fine detail and sharp edges.

CO₂ laser: 10.6 μm wavelength, larger spot size. Ideal for wood, acrylic, leather, and other non-metal materials, offering smooth cutting and engraving results.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. 🇬🇧
All orders delivered within the UK qualify for free shipping.

For deliveries to other locations or special addresses outside mainland UK, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact our support team for a shipping quote before placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for in-stock products within the United Kingdom. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.

If an item is currently out of stock or on pre-order, delivery times will depend on the estimated restock date shown on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can request to cancel your order depending on its current status.

If your order has not been shipped yet, it can usually be cancelled directly by contacting our customer service team.

If the order has already been shipped or delivered, you may still request a return:

  • For change of mind / non-defective returns (no fault with the product):
    The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and the product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • For damaged, defective, or non-working machines:
    We will cover the return shipping cost after verification, and provide a suitable solution including repair, replacement, or refund.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible to process your request.

How do I return a product?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the laser machine and accessories must be returned in their original condition, unused or undamaged, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and protective materials.

Please contact our customer support team before returning any product to obtain return instructions and authorization. Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

If the product has been used, modified, damaged by improper operation, or is missing parts/accessories, additional fees may apply or the return request may be refused.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
