The Rise of Fiber Marking Machine

The laser engraving machine generates laser light through the laser and then passes through the reflecting mirror and irradiates to the processing object through the gathering mirror, so that the processing object is subjected to powerful heat energy and the temperature increases dramatically, so that the point melts or vaporizes rapidly due to the high temperature, with the running track of the laser head to achieve the purpose of processing. The laser engraving and cutting machine allows for very precise engraving and precise control of the depth of cut. Laser engraving can be used on many different materials, leaving images that can withstand harsh environments without fading or eroding.

The laser engraving machine is then connected to a computer via a data cable and the accompanying software is installed inside the computer. The software is used to write the designed pattern into the laser engraver's control system. Engraving speed is usually expressed in IPS, and high speed results in high productivity. Speed is also used to control the depth of cut. For a given laser intensity, the slower the speed, the greater the depth of cut or engraving. You can adjust the speed using the engraver panel, or you can use the computer's print driver to do so.
