Stronger Power

After upgrading the laser tube (US II-VI lens, all-metal head structure), the peak power measured by Effi10S can reach up to 130W, which greatly improves your processing efficiency and allows you to cut thicker materials. For example, when cutting 20mm thick acrylic, the efficiency is more than 5 times higher than a 55W desktop machine of a certain X brand. Of course, while improving product performance, Monport also ensures economic applicability, with a laser tube life of up to 12,000 hours.

More processing space

Monport provides a large processing space with a working area of ​​up to 1,000 x 600 mm and is equipped with a honeycomb bed and blade platforms. At the same time, the platform has a maximum lifting range of 180 mm, and of course, front and rear passages are essential to enable the placement of materials up to 20 mm thick. Finally, circular objects can also be carved with a rotary axis. The waste is collected in drawers for easy cleaning.

Redesigned laser head

Monport also redesigned and improved the laser head and used a US II-VI type focusing lens. More precise autofocus module (with an error of only 0.01 mm). At the same time, the dimming system has been optimized to easily complete the dimming process with only two buttons. Of course, the air assist and red light indicator have also been optimized accordingly. All of these will greatly improve the user experience and enable efficient and high-quality processing.

550W exhaust system

In order to truly solve the smoke problem caused by processing, Monport has improved the exhaust system of the entire series of products. We used a 550W high-speed fan with a maximum airflow of 1125m³/h ≈ 660cfm (more than three times the exhaust volume of other brands) while maintaining excellent noise performance.

Easier operation

After extensive testing, Monport selected a highly stable and user-friendly motherboard. It is equipped with a 3.5-inch display and a variety of function keys, so that almost all computer operations can be completed through the control panel. Of course, it supports the function of continuing carving when the power is off, the function of previewing working time, the function of previewing the processing path, etc.
