Please note that Monport does not collect your credit/debit card numbers or personal information during the payment process. If you have any questions about the transactions on our website, please contact your issuing bank.

Bank Transfer
You can check out even if you don't have a PayPal account. To do this, please click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". You will then be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your payment information.

Please note: Bank transfers are only applicable for business payments.
We only accept payments in Euros.
Please keep the communication email, invoice, tracking number, etc. for periodic review.

We support installment payments

Using PayPal for Installment Payments:

1.Select the product: On the website, select the product you like and add it to the shopping cart.
2.Checkout: Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout, select PayPal as the payment method.
3.Log in to PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, log in. If not, you need to register first.
4.Choose the installment payment option: After logging in to PayPal, select the installment payment option and terms.
5.Complete the order: Confirm your installment payment option, enter any other necessary information, and complete the order.
6.Accept the terms: Before confirming the order, carefully read and accept the terms and conditions of the PayPal installment payment.
7.Confirm the order: The final step is to confirm the order, and your order will be submitted, and payment will be made according to the installment payment option.

Using Apple Pay for Installment Payments:

1.Check support: Ensure that your bank/credit card issuer supports Apple Pay installment payments.
2.Add the card: Add your credit or debit card to the Wallet app.
3.Select the product: On the website, select the product you like and add it to the shopping cart.
4.Choose Apple Pay: At checkout, select Apple Pay as the payment method.
5.Authorize the payment: Authorize the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or a password.
6.Choose the installment payment: If the merchant supports it, you can select the installment payment option on the payment interface.
7.Confirm the order: Confirm your order and complete the payment, and the bank/credit card issuer will deduct the payment according to the installment payment option you selected.

Regarding non-payment

Credit card payment failed and displayed error code 80010: Transaction not accepted.

The issuing bank considers the transaction to be risky and involves overseas spending. Some issuing banks, in order to ensure the cardholder's credit card security, refuse to handle overseas transactions, or the buyer can also choose to handle it themselves. The buyer has set a limit on the amount of online purchases, so the payment failed.

Credit card payment failed and displayed error code 80090.

The customer has not activated the 3D authentication service, causing the 3D Secure service to fail to start. Solution: It is recommended that the consumer contact the issuing bank to inquire about the specific reason for their consumption and confirm or retry the payment or use another card for payment.

Credit card payment failed, error code 20061: Duplicate order

The customer did not complete the 3D authentication, and canceled the process to retry the payment. Solution: If 3D authentication is required, please pay attention to the system requirements and do not refresh the page.

PayPal payment failed, PayPal credit not supported

Solution: Please select whether you want to use your PayPal account balance, associated debit card, or credit card for payment.
