You can check out even if you don't have a PayPal account. To do this, please click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". You will then be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your payment information.

PayPal instalment payments

PayPal instalment paymentsUsing PayPal for instalment payments is a relatively simple process. Here are the steps:

1. Select the merchant and the items: First, you need to select the items you want to buy from the website of a merchant that supports PayPal instalment payments. Make sure that the merchant supports PayPal's instalment payment options.

2. proceed to checkout: Once you have selected your items, add them to your basket and proceed to checkout. During the checkout process, select PayPal as your payment method.

3. log in to PayPal: If you already have a PayPal account, you will be asked to log in during the checkout process. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you will need to sign up for an account.

4. select the instalment payment option: After you have logged in to PayPal, you will be asked to select a payment method. Select the instalment payment option here. You can usually select different instalment terms and rates.

5. finalise the order: Once you have selected the instalment payment option, you can complete your order. You may need to enter additional information such as payment method, address, etc.

6. accept the General Terms and Conditions: Before confirming the order, you should carefully read and accept the terms and conditions for PayPal instalment payments. These terms will explain details such as your repayment schedule, interest rates, etc.

7. confirm the order: The final step is to confirm the order. Once you have completed this step, your order will be submitted and you can enjoy your items while making payments according to the instalment option you have chosen.

Apple Pay instalments

Apple Pay instalment paymentsThe process for using Apple Pay for instalment payments may vary by region, bank and merchant, but the typical steps are as follows:

1. check for support: first, make sure your bank and/or credit card issuer supports the use of Apple Pay for instalments. You can get this information on the bank or credit card issuer's website or by contacting customer service.

2. add cards: Open the Wallet app on your iPhone or other Apple Pay-enabled device and add your credit or debit cards. If your bank supports instalment payments, you may be presented with options while adding the card.

3. select items: On a merchant website or app that supports Apple Pay, select the items you want to purchase and add them to your cart.

4. select Apple Pay: During the checkout process, select Apple Pay as your payment method.

5. authorise the payment: Use Face ID, Touch ID or enter your password to authorise the payment. If you have added multiple cards to Apple Pay, select the credit or debit card you want to use.

6. select the instalment payment option: If the merchant supports instalment payments, instalment payment options may be displayed on the payment interface after the payment is authorised. Select the desired instalment option, which usually includes instalment terms and rates.

7. confirm the order: Confirm your order and finalise the payment. Your order will be submitted and your bank or credit card company will initiate payment according to the instalment option you have selected.

Please note that specific instalment options and procedures may vary by region, merchant and your individual eligibility. Therefore, before you start paying in instalments, you should carefully read and understand the relevant terms and conditions to ensure you are aware of your repayment plan, interest rates and any additional charges.

With regard to payment defaults

The credit card payment has failed and displays the error code 80010: Transaction not accepted.

The issuing bank considers the transaction to be risky and for spending abroad. Some card-issuing banks refuse to process foreign transactions to ensure the security of the cardholder's credit card, or the purchaser can determine this themselves. The buyer has limited the amounts for online purchases, which is why the payment fails.

The customer did not perform 3D authentication and cancelled the process to repeat the payment. solution: If you are prompted for 3D authentication, please note the system requirements and do not refresh the page.

PayPal payment failed, PayPal balance is not supported

Solution: Please select whether you would like to pay with your PayPal account balance, a linked debit card or a credit card.
